According to the minutes of the extraordinary and ordinary general meeting dated 11/18/84 of the said company, which was received on 11/18/84: Mr. Kurosh Erset to the position of main auditor and Mrs. Mehri Sultan Mohammadzadeh to the position of substitute auditor for a period of one  year were selected.  The widely distributed newspaper of the Islamic Republic was selected to include the company's advertisements.  The members of the board of directors were elected for two years as follows.  Mr. Farhad Tousli, Jafar Hosseinkhani Inanlu, Mrs. Laden Tousli Kajani, the main headquarters of the company was moved from Tehran to Isfahan city, Bozoormehr Street, Mahan Street, Iman Complex, No. 18, Unit 5, and Article 1 of the Articles of Association was amended as described above.  Clause G of Article 14 of the Articles of Association was amended as described in the minutes.  According to the meeting minutes of the Board of Directors dated 11/18/84, Mr. Farhad Tousli was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mrs. Laden Tosali Kajani was appointed as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Jafar Hosseinkhani Inanlu was appointed as the Managing Director.  The signing of all binding papers and documents, including checks, promissory notes, promissory notes, etc., with the signature of the head of the board of directors alone and with the company's seal, and ordinary papers and correspondence signed by the head of the board of directors and the vice chairman of the board of directors with the company's seal are valid.  Registration Office of Non-Commercial Companies and Institutions
